Because you may enter sensitive family information, we take privacy seriously. We do not sell your data. We do not display your information publicly.
We store your account details (name, email), your CareFolder entries (parent profile, medications, doctors, appointments, documents, tasks, expenses, home safety) and purchase status. Passwords are stored using secure one-way hashing.
CareFolder helps you note where important documents are stored so you can find them quickly. You record the location and who has access — the sensitive files themselves stay wherever you keep them.
If you take the free readiness check, we store your first name, email, signup date, source, and your readiness answers and score so we can send your results and helpful tips. You can unsubscribe any time.
Access to your dashboard is protected behind secure login. Data is stored using secure database practices.
You can view, edit or delete your data at any time. Deleting your account removes your CareFolder records from our systems.
